Narrative Description of Project: The primary and overall objective of the Consultant’s Team is to
ensure that the existing documents are efficiently and efficiently reviewed and checked, new data
obtained where necessary, in order to meet the scope of the assignment, as outlined in the TOR, and make
recommendations to the Executing Agency as necessary in order for the documents to accurately define
the works to be executed, taking care of the technical, Socio-economic, Environmental and not least
Financial aspects and at the construction phase to ensure that Contractor completes the Works on
time(Time Control), to the specifications(Quality Control) and within the Budget(Financial Control).
Description of Actual Services Provided by your Staff: Review of the previous study, procurement of contactors and construction supervision including defects liability period. Preparation of Bid Documents and Engineer’s Estimate.
